In France we launched a program called Springboard which is dedicated to our women senior managers, and the purpose of this training is to help them to become partners.
It is a program designed specifically for women, because it relates to how to remove the barriers when you are a woman; helps them to build a network, a profitable network; and helps them to understand what could be the bias between men and women. Basically, it gives women the chance to become partner.
