Tosh is a Labor and Social Security Attorney and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California. He rejoined Grant Thornton Japan in August 2010 from Deloitte Tax LLP New York office and specializes in providing business process solutions for payroll, payroll taxes and social security. His expertise also includes legal advisory on labor, employment among other human capital issues. Tosh also leads the Global Mobility Tax practices providing income tax compliance and advisory services to individuals and global businesses.
